Numerology and your child

One of the most important things you can do as a parent or guardian is to understand your child. Since a child learns by watching you, the way you show love and compassion will usually be in direct proportion to the way you feel about yourself. A child, like an adult, has an individual nature and personality made up of strengths and weaknesses.
If you observe closely, children will tell you a lot about themselves through their actions. In group situations, one child may take the lead, whereas another child will follow. Still another child may fight all the time, while another cries. Before they are molded into adults, children are basically free and innocent, giving us a truer picture of their nature. It’s no accident that you are where you are today because of some childhood experience. As a parent (see chapter on “Parenting”), the better you understand your children, and give them direction, the better off they’re likely to be as adults. By using Numerology, you may find helpful insights.

A 7 child is one of the first to read, and they express themselves through music, poetry, writing, and painting. Although they say very little, much is being seen and analyzed. They should be encouraged to express their inner feelings and emotions. Also encourage the 7 child to have a positive outlook on life and not to worry so much. As adults, 7 children make excellent researchers, investigators, mystics, accountants, religious officials, travelers, scientists, and analysts. Their friends are generally born in the month of February, March, May, July, and August or have birth dates that add up to 1, 2, 4, or 7.

Number 8 child

The Number 8 child, born on the 8th, 17th, or 26th, is the serious-minded one in the group. They seem, from the beginning, to have an old person’s head on their shoulders. Because they mature faster than other children, this may explain their attraction to older people. The 8 child has an intense personality and a strong sense of purpose. Of all the children, the 8 child is the most misunderstood. If no effort is made to correct this, it could lead to serious problems when they reach adulthood. They should be encouraged to take an open, positive approach to life. This is very important as they seem to be affected by stressful circumstances more than anything else. They grow up to be authority figures, bankers, realtors, government officials, managers, corporate lawyers, and head of business. Their friends tend to be born in the months of January, February, July, and October, or dates that add up to 3, 4, 6, and 8.

A 9 child may be know at times as the one with the hot temper, but actually they’re bold and courageous, and if provoked will fight. Unlike most children, you don’t have to worry about their self-confidence – they seem to have a good opinion of themselves instinctively. They should be encouraged to control their tempers, as well as impulsive actions and words. However, never discourage them, as it retards their leadership potential. Encourage 9 children to be the masters of their fate. They grow up to become military officers, construction workers, firefighters, media personalities, politicians, publishers, artists, surgeons, and machinists. Their friends are generally born in April, August, November, and December, or have a birth date adding up to 9, 3, 6, or 1.
In addition to looking at your child’s birth date, study his or her name as well. A Number or

Numbers repeated many times in the child’s name could shift the interpretation. For instance, if your child is A Number 2, described as sensitive, emotional, and the crybaby in the group, but also has a lot of 9s the name, this will add courage, confidence, and a fighting spirit.
